Ms. McDonald has enjoyed a near 30 year career in healthcare financing and delivery. Almost 20 years in the group health arena were spent with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan working with and leading some of their largest accounts including K-Mart, Chrysler and eventually Ford Motor Company.

She then went on to be Vice President of Marketing for SelectCare, a southeast Michigan based hospital owned HMO and PPO network.

Next, she helped spearhead the introduction of the debit card technology into the medical field throughout the country.

And, 8 years ago Ms. McDonald transitioned to the world of supplemental insurance, joining Aflac. She has served in various training and recruiting roles leading teams throughout Michigan, but most recently in the Ann Arbor area.
